Lisosiasya walked into the castle looking around sighing with boredom. She once again appeared to be an innocent girl, but her long bangs hid those startling cold eyes as she made her way around looking for a guard. These men didn't know her so she could probably pass as the ignorant girl most people took her to be. She soon caught sight of a guard who didn't look like he would just stab her and walk away (she wasn't scared of that because she could probably kill him beforehand, but she didn't want to cause a fuss here). "Um excuse me..." She said as politely as she could manage, which probably wasn't polite enough for him because he glared at her.
"Yes?"
"I'm looking for Lord Nikanoru. He told me to ask for him when I came." She said smiling slightly. She was definitely playing the innocent little girl part, "Could you please show me to the door of the Blood Chamber?"
He gave her a confused look, but sighed, "The Blood Chamber? Why would a maiden such as yourself-"
Naturally Lisosiasya cut him off, "I have matters with Lord Nikanoru sir." She said almost as if they were meeting in a patch of flowers instead of a chamber where so many souls had been refused the bliss of eternal slumber. He sighed, but started walking down a hallway. She just guessed that he was leading her to the Blood Chamber so naturally she followed. She knew the fact that most who entered didn't leave. She was here to work, but she wouldn't spend time explaining that to this Solider. He'd probably kill her right then, well, maybe not, but he definitely wouldn't like her that much.
"One last question." She said softly.
"Yes?" He asked annoyed.
"Is Lord NIkanoru in here?" She said sweetly. She wasn't going to seem rude even though she was doing a job most people could consider sick.
"Probably." He said with a shrug as he walked off. She waved politely (since she felt like acting like a child that day around people who didn't know her). Making her way in she kept a sharp eye out for people. She could easily smell burning flesh, but it didn't bother her as it had for so many people before her. Soon she caught sight of the man she was looking for and making her way up to him she said, "Hello again Lord Nikanoru."
She hoped he didn't mind that she came to find him here. After all, it was probably obvious that he would be there, but she had taken a small guess. She just felt childish that day, but that would change soon since she could be a bit more of herself around this man. After all, he had already cracked part of her disguise.

Pure, terrifying darkness consumed the inner sanctum of the Blood Chamber. The entire labyrinth was almost completely pitch black, the sole exceptions being the circular chamber used for roasting captives and several small offices on the uppermost level--but this darkness was different. Something about it just seemed unnatural, otherworldly... it was almost as if the darkness were the aura of the Angel of Death himself. And that very dark angel was present in the room, so that wasn't an exaggerated notion. The "aura" was a miasma of pure evil, a mixture of unmitigated blackness and the unsettling chill of death.
Though there was something out-of-place in the stone chamber that shone through the darkness: adorning the walls were an abundance of fresh, luscious violets. Flowers were something one would never expect to find in a place where the stench of burnt flesh and human excrement filled the hallways, where bodies were cannibalized by war captives for nutrition. Nikanoru was against having these flowers in his meeting chamber, for they went against everything that the mysterious Blood Chamber stood for. The reason he had ordered their display was simple: the guest he was expecting was fond of flowers. And this guest was someone he wanted to make as comfortable as possible.
The advisor's beady black eyes shot up from his desk as the mahogany double doors at the entrance were pushed open. The perpetual frown that stained his pale face grew at the sight of Lisoiasya. No, Nikanoru wasn't displeased that she had come to meet with him--in fact, his sentiments were just the opposite; it was just that he mistook the Djinn for the good friend whose arrival he anticipated with moderate excitement. So she had finally come to join his legion of sadistic "interrogators"? Lord Nikanoru needed that pleasant surprise: the upcoming ball being held that evening had him in bad spirits.
The traitorous Shade clasped his bony hands and rested them on the desk, dark hues resting on his new employee's face as she approached and greeted him. He replaced the frown with a blank expression before addressing her: "Such a pleasure to see you again, Miss...Lisosiasya, correct? My apologies: my mind isn't very retentive when it comes to names. I assume that your voyage to Du Aurella was a safe and pleasant one?"

Lisosiasya looked at those flowers along the walls as she listened to Nikanoru speak, "Hm? Oh, I could have been here early...I just had something that needed some immediate attention." She said carefully. She didn't need to exactly give away what she had been doing for the past few days since they had met at the Graveyard. No, she didn't need to explain the fact that she had been recognized as a Djinn and that another person was dead because of the fact that they had tried to bind her. No, their corpse lay some where near that Graveyard and around here they were probably nameless.
She smiled slightly as she brushed those annoying bangs from her face betraying the cold eyes that were hidden. "I was wondering how I may be of assistance tonight." She said softly. She knew of the King's ball, but she had no interest in getting fancy only to flirt with royals or to dance the night away like in some child's fairy tale. She had given up fairy tales long ago and she really didn't want to go back and start believing them. From what she remembered about living life there was no such thing as a fairy tale ending for regular people.
She once again glanced at the flowers curiously. She used to have a love for them, but not any more. She disliked most living things. Call it bitter, call it whatever you want, but she's a Djinn and they really only like themselves and a few chosen things. Of course she did enjoy a few living things, but not many people. After all, the only people she had really been in company with were people binding her to them, their family or random people who just pissed her off and made her kill them.

A devious smirk crept onto his lips as the girl ended her reply with a rather vague and mysterious statement. Nikanoru honestly didn't care what she was doing on her own time; in fact, he hoped that she had committed some horrible acts after their first encounter in the Graveyard: he was in favor of anything that would serve as practice for what she would be doing in the confines of the Blood Chamber. What he did admire was her mysterious and secretive nature; after all, he couldn't have someone blabbing away about the ongoings within the Blood Chamber. He'd rather the public speculate about what goes on in the nightmarish place, spawning rumors upon rumors, than know exactly what was occurring.
Nikanoru quirked an eyebrow as he noticed the newest member of his staff casting glances toward the many flowers lining the walls. He suspected that she--like himself--did not care much for the lovely decorations. A girl with such a dark and sinister personality obviously wouldn't be too fond of such natural ornaments. "...No doubt you are wondering why there are flowers in the Blood Chamber of all places. As you probably guessed, I'm quite unfond of those frivolous things. The only reason I have them displayed is that an old friend I'm expecting to arrive soon has a liking for them," he explained, gaze drifting from Lisosiasya to the purple flowers.
Returning his piercing orbs to his guest, he continued: " Before I assign you a specific position and duty within my ranks, I would like to evaluate your abilities as an... interrogator. Not that I don't trust that you possess the skill to be under me--I just want to see what job would suit you best. Unfortunately, because of the banquet there are no major sessions scheduled for this evening. Though I believe I could arrange a small interrogation session to see how you work. Would that be alright with you?"

She continued to look around with a bit of interest before he spoke about those flowers, "Oh, I do hope I haven't interrupted you then." she said politely as she took in the scent of burning flesh, and a few other things that would make most people loose their lunch. She didn't let them bother her one bit. She brushed the ever stubborn auburn hair out of her eyes again. She really did wish to set one of those flowers a flame just because she hadn't used magic in a few days, but she kept herself from doing so. She knew that wouldn't put her on the good side of Lord Nikanoru; she really didn't need to have some trouble her first day in Du Aurella.
He started speaking once again which drew her gaze back to him as he spoke of what she was to do, "That sounds fine." She answered giving something that resembled a smirk. It quickly faded though as she thought of what she was to do. Lisosiasya pulled a piece of cloth from her pocket and finally pulled her stubborn hair out of her eyes. A few of the shorter bangs fell and framed her face, but they weren't in her eyes so she didn't care at all.
"May I ask how this is going to be done?" She said speaking of the 'small interrogation' she was going to be doing. She wasn't against it at all, but she just wanted to know who and probably why she was 'interrogating' them before she did it. After all, she could just kill them right off the bat at the moment she saw them, but that wouldn't be right at all. Lisosiasya was going to do it right if she did it at all. After all, she wouldn't mind this as her job. It just meant she could do what she liked more with less of a chance of being bound.

"Several days ago an operative of the Order of Lumen was taken into captivity by King Osirus' forces. The young man has been starved and locked in one of the smaller cells ever since he arrived. Considering that he is one of the more prominent and renowned members of the Order, I doubt that he'll be easy to break. What I want to obtain from him is information regarding the location of the Dolus Sword, a legendary blade which the Order seems to have a lead on. They cannot be allowed to get their hands on it."
Before the sadistic advisor could continue his explanation, the double doors were once again thrown open. Into the room strode one of the many interrogators under Lord Nikanoru's command. Though his face couldn't be seen because of the onyx helmet he wore, it was fairly obvious that he was flustered because of his erratic body movements. The uneasy man approached his superior and whispered something to him before taking his leave just as quickly as he entered. He was so upset that he forgot to close the doors before he left.
Nikanoru let out a long, drawn-out sigh in response and stood up. He raised a bony hand to his forehead and began rubbing his temples in annoyance, obviously not pleased by what his subordinate had just told him. His legion was supposed to be comprised of the most competent and unscrupulous individuals available, but they couldn't even control a ten-year-old peasant child! At times like this the advisor believed he was the only competent person on the face of the earth. He shouldn't have to attend to a runaway brat--he had more important things to do! Someone was definitely going to be fired for this.
"Unfortunately, I'm afraid that there has been a small problem--a problem that I'll have to deal with immediately, so I won't be able to oversee or explain the interrogation session today. But don't fret: this only means that someone will have to serve as my proxy during your examination. I've been informed that my guest has just arrived. He has quite a penchant for torturing, possibly more so than myself. Surely he would have no problem observing and assisting you in my stead."

Lisosiasya watched carefully as another man came in and from his movements something had gone wrong that he was worried about. Also from the look on Lord Nikanoru's face he wasn't pleased with the news. She listened to him speaking about having to lead and she nodded, "No, that wouldn't be a problem." Polite, soft tone. That was all she was using now because he already knew that she was slightly sarcastic and pretty morbid, but he didn't know how bad she could be. Only those people who were dead knew that.
They knew it well too. "May I ask who your guest is?" She said glancing at the open doors and then up at those acursed flowers again. She did feel a strong urge to burn them to ashe, but she would refrain because she didn't want any trouble....yet. She thought of that Order of the Lumen member who she had a feeling she to torture and she felt annoyance rising in her chest. She disliked people who thought they had a strong sense of justice.
Well, people who thought that injustice was anything that could be considered dark and depressing. Meaning, things she enjoyed the most. She was growing slightly restless because of the fact she actually hadn't used her magic in over a few hours and usually she used it just because she needed to keep it sharp sot hat she didn't have to worry about attacking or having to be on the defensive side.
